How does the engine start on the Smart ForTwo?

Starting the engine of the Smart ForTwo 450 is very simple, let's see how to proceed in the first part of this tutorial. As we can see, the first thing to do is insert the key in the special block and take it to the second position, thus turning on the instrument panel. Next, let's make sure that the gearbox is set on the neutral brand, that is to say with the lever placed in the central position, then put our foot on the brake pedal and start the engine.
