Removing the Intake Duct of the Smart Roadster

Model: Smart Smart Roadster, 452 - Years 2003-2005

This guide explains how to remove the main intake duct of the Smart Roadster, following the instructions below. First, access the engine bay and start by unscrewing all the screws on the sides of the intake duct to detach it. Next, disconnect the side hoses and the various electrical connectors for the sensors as shown in the video. At this point, remove the throttle valve located on the left side of the duct. Replace the intake duct, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
