Where is the Battery Located in the Smart ForTwo?

In this video, you can see where the battery is located in the Smart ForTwo and how to proceed if you need to replace it. As shown, it is located inside the cabin, specifically under the mat on the passenger side. To access it and remove it, you will need to take out the mat and then remove the panel containing the various emergency tools. Once done, you can disconnect both terminals, starting with the negative, and unscrew the bolt of the upper mounting bracket. Ensure you reconnect the positive terminal first.
