How to disassemble the turbocharger of the Smart Fortwo 0.8 CDI.

Let's see in this guide how to disassemble and replace the turbocharger of the Smart Fortwo 0.8 CDI. First, we open the rear hatch and start unscrewing the fixing screws located on the sides and brackets, removing the rear bumper. Then we remove the horizontal frame bar, as shown in the video. At this point, we disconnect the exhaust manifold of the turbocharger by unscrewing the fixing screws. We unscrew the turbine screws and disconnect the Wastegate valve, removing the turbocharger. Then we reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!
