How do you remove the back panel of the Smart car?

To remove the rear panel of the Smart, you need to loosen all the screws that hold it to its housing: first, open the rear door so that you can loosen the screws that secure the panel from the top. Then, proceed to loosen the screws that hold it from inside the rear wheel arches and the bottom of the bumper; once all the screws have been loosened, you can completely detach the panel from its housing in order to insert the new one. The new panel will then need to be secured with the appropriate screws.
