Removing the Rear Tailgate Panel of the Smart Fortwo

Model: Smart Smart 451 - Years 2007-2015

Briefly follow the instructions to remove and replace the rear tailgate panel and the rear wiper seal of the Smart Fortwo. First, open the rear tailgate and start unfastening and removing the panel from the sides; this will allow access to the wiper motor. Remove the motor and its arm as shown in the video. At this point, replace the seal and wiper motor if necessary; then refit the panel by applying the reverse procedure!
