If any devices in your Smart ForFour have suddenly stopped working, the first thing you can do is check the status of the relevant fuses, the diagrams for which are indicated in this video. You will find the first and only fuse box inside the cabin, specifically behind the glove compartment on the passenger side.

To access it, you will need to open the glove compartment, empty it, and unclip it from the dashboard. In case of a blown fuse, ensure you use a replacement with equivalent specifications and always operate with the vehicle turned off to avoid causing any damage.
