How to replace a damaged mirror? Let's look at replacing the mirror from inside the mirror's plastics. Pry between the perimeter of the mirror frame and the mirror glass.

Keep prying until the plastics detach from the mirror (disconnect the power cable). If the mirror is broken, remove all the pieces.

Clean the entire surface of the plastic base if you need to glue the new mirror. Replace the damaged piece with the new one. Ensure the plastic clips snap into the mirror supports.

Secure the mirror if it uses adhesive.
