Subaru Impreza - Video tutorial
Model: Subaru Impreza
MK 5
- Years 2016-2023 In this video tutorial we can see how it is possible to replace the remote control battery on Subaru Impreza, following a few simple steps: first you need to buy a battery for the remote control key model: CR1820 and a flat-blade screwdriver to open the shell of the remote control, or even a Swiss army knife might be fine. If you look at the bottom of the key where the remote connects to the key fob, you will see that there is a small slot. In this slot you have to insert the tip of the screwdriver or small knife. Once the remote control shell is open, you must also remove the internal transmitter module. Now open the module cover also using your fingernails; once you open the module you will see that the battery is housed here; proceed to replace it with a new one.
