Replacing the cabin air filter in a Subaru Outback is very simple; let's see how to proceed in this video. The filter is located behind the glove compartment on the passenger side, so you need to remove the drawer to access it. To do this, disconnect the damper by disengaging its end and press the two inner corners to release the pins. With the drawer laid on the floor, open the door by unlocking the clips, remove the old filter, and insert the new one in the correct orientation. Finally, reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
