To change the window seals on the 2015 Subaru Forester, you will need a flat screwdriver to assist with this operation. Lower the window and insert the tip of the screwdriver under the first seal you want to remove, precisely halfway up the window pillar, and lever it out. At the same time, pull the seal away with your hands.

Completely remove it, freeing it from the second stop located at the opposite end, and then install the new seal. This simply needs to be clipped into the stops left free by the old seal.
