Removing the Handlebar Cover on the Suzuki Burgman

Before starting the removal of the plastic cover on the handlebar of your Suzuki Burgman, ensure the motorcycle is in a stable and safe position that allows you to work on it while safeguarding your safety as much as possible. This precaution should be taken whenever performing maintenance on a motorcycle.

Now, proceed with the operation, which is quite simple. Using a screwdriver, push inward on the two clips (one on each side) that connect the two plastic handlebar covers.

Once done, simply unclip the two parts of the cover and remove the upper element, and finally, the lower element.

To replace the clutch on the KTM XCF 450, loosen the screws securing the corresponding cover located on the right side of the bike. Once the cover screws are loosened, you can remove it to access the underlying clutch. By unscrewing the corresponding bolts, you can extract all the discs that make up the clutch, allowing you to insert the new replacement parts.
