How to Remove the Coils from a 2014 Suzuki Swift 1.2

Let's see how to remove the ignition coils from a 2014 Suzuki Swift 1.2. Remove the air filter to gain full access to the coil pack, located on the cylinder head; unlock the clip electrical connector of each coil by pressing the plastic tab and gently pulling it away. Unscrew the fastening nut. Each coil is secured with a 10 mm bolt, then extract the coil and pull it straight up with a slight rotation, without yanking. The resistance is only from the rubber gasket; avoid bending or twisting the body. To prevent mixing up the spark plug wires, it is advisable to work on one coil at a time, refitting it before moving on to the next. Check that there are no cracks or burn marks on the coil body; the part that enters the spark plug well must be clean, free from corrosion or burns, and the rubber gasket must be elastic to ensure a proper seal.
