How to change the number plate bulb on a Suzuki Alto? Follow these steps. Use a lever to remove the plastic cover of the light located in the rear bumper above the car's number plate. Once the transparent cover is removed, pull out the bulb with your fingers. Fit the new bulb (same size and voltage) into the holder; reattach the cover in the plastic of the tailgate (press the cover until it clicks into place). Finally, test the correct functioning of the bulb installed earlier in the number plate light.
