To replace the remote battery on a Suzuki Ignis, lower the tab located at the front to extract the key from the top. Next, use an object to pry in the groove between the two halves to separate them. Once the two halves are separated, you can remove the battery and replace it with a new spare part. After inserting the new battery into its housing, rejoin the two halves of the remote and insert the key back inside.
