- Years 1999-2005 We start by lifting our Suzuki Grand Vitara, to then disassemble and remove the drive shaft, the lower cover that supports the gearbox and everything that hinders the extraction, unscrewing the relative fixing bolts. Next, we will have to remove the gearbox itself, unscrewing the fixing bolts and removing the boot and the gear lever. Once this is done, we can extract and remove the gearbox, and we will have reached the clutch. We then proceed by disengaging and removing the clutch from its housing. When we have completed this step, we will have successfully completed the disassembly.
