To replace the brake shoes on a Suzuki APV, lift the vehicle so that the wheels are off the ground. This allows you to loosen the bolts that secure the wheels and remove them from their hubs. Once the wheel hub is visible, loosen the screws that secure the drum to remove it and access the underlying components. Remove the brake shoes from their housing and install the new replacement parts, reassembling all previously removed components.
