In order to replace the gearbox of the Suzuki Vitara, you must first of all remove the gear gaiter and the corresponding knob from the end of the lever inside the passenger compartment. Subsequently, it will be possible to lift the machine, so that the gearbox can be released from its supports by unscrewing the fixing screws. Then you will have to disconnect all the connectors relating to the sensors and the screws which fix the gearbox to the clutch. At this point it will be possible to insert the new box inside its seat, fixing and connecting it appropriately.

Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple. We can do this in case the system shows signs of malfunction, freezes, or in any other case where a restart could solve the problem. To reboot, simply hold down the two keys located in the lower left corner of the computer at the same time.
