To replace the gearbox in a Suzuki Vitara, first remove the gear gaiter and the corresponding knob from the end of the lever inside the cabin. Next, lift the vehicle so that the gearbox can be freed from its supports by unscrewing the fixing bolts. Then, disconnect all connectors related to the sensors and the bolts that secure the gearbox to the clutch. At this point, you can insert the new gearbox into its position, securing and connecting it properly.
