Remove the hub cover using a screwdriver. Hammer the anti-loosening flange of the hub bolt and remove this element with a wrench. Pull off the drum cover; if it doesn't come off, tap it gently with a hammer. Use a special spray to clean the internal parts of the brake and remove any debris. Reassemble everything in position and check for proper brake operation.
