Today, we will go through the main steps for removing and replacing the serpentine belt and tensioner on the Suzuki Grand Vitara. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and start unscrewing the tensioner bolt, located on its sides; by removing the tensioner, you will then be able to easily take off the serpentine belt, as illustrated in the video.

Next, install the new tensioner and then the serpentine belt, loosening the tensioner to fit it correctly; manually turn the engine to ensure it has been installed perfectly!
