In order to disassemble the engine of the Sym Jet 100, you will need to loosen the screws that secure the block to its housing located in the center of the frame: in addition to freeing it from the supports, you will also need to loosen the screws that secure the intake and exhaust manifolds together with the appropriate connectors. Then you can proceed by unscrewing the screws that secure the cylinder and the cylinder head, removing them from their housing: at this point it will be possible to detach the piston from the connecting rod in order to access the crankshaft and replace all the components that need to be replaced.
