In this short video, learn how to change the gear oil on the Sym Jet 100 scooter by following these simple steps. First, position the scooter on its centre stand and start by unscrewing the oil drain bolt located near the wheel, under the transmission, using a socket spanner. Also, open the fill hole to allow the oil to drain out more quickly. At this point, screw the drain bolt back in and use a syringe to pour in the new oil, filling the transmission case until oil flows out of the hole.
