How do you replace the Sym Tonik variator rollers?

In order to replace the Sym Tonik variator rollers you must first loosen the bolts that secure the crankcase cover. Once all the bolts have been removed, it will be possible to remove the casing itself to gain access to the rollers. Therefore by loosening the central pin it will be possible to remove first the cooling fan and then the variator, paying attention to the belt. Once the old variator has been removed, it will be possible to insert the new one, fitting the belt correctly around it. Once the installation is complete, you will be able to insert the fan and the crankcase cover.

Below we will illustrate the steps on how to replace the engine oil and oil filter of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152. First of all we put our motorcycle on the central stand and start warming up the engine for a few minutes; then unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, removing and replacing the cartridge with the new one; finally unscrew the filler cap and top up with the new engine oil, of the right type.
