To replace the rollers in the Sym Tonik variator, first loosen the bolts securing the cover of the casing. Once all the bolts are removed, you can take off the casing to access the rollers. Then, by loosening the central pin, you can first remove the cooling fan and subsequently the variator, taking care with the belt. Once the old variator is removed, you can insert the new one, correctly fitting the belt around it. At the end of the installation, you can refit the fan and the casing cover.
