How do you replace the Sym Tonik front brake pads?

In order to replace the Sym Tonik front brake pads, you need to loosen the bolts that secure the caliper to the brake disc. Once the bolts have been removed, it will be possible to detach the brake caliper from its disc and press it sideways so that the pads can be removed from inside the caliper. Once the old pads have been removed, it will be possible to insert new spare parts and place the caliper on the disc. It will be necessary to fix it with the appropriate bolts and finally it will be possible to check that the brake works correctly.

How do you change the engine oil of the Beta Xtrainer 300?

In order to replace the Beta Xtrainer 300 engine oil, you need to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once it has been removed, it will be possible to access the components in the lower part, including the oil drain plug. This will have to be unscrewed in order to collect the used oil inside a suitably positioned container. It will also be possible to replace the oil filter and finally re-fit the skid plate. Finally, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the right side of the bike.
