To replace the windshield of the Tata Magic, detach the inner seal that runs along its entire perimeter: once this is removed, insert a thin object (like a wire) into the groove formed between the windshield and its housing. This will help eliminate the adhesive that secures the windshield in place: this way, the windshield can be detached, and you can scrape away any remaining adhesive in its seat. Then, by applying new adhesive, you can position and secure the new windshield.
