First, ensure that the key is not inserted, then open the rear hatch and, using a flathead screwdriver or preferably a plastic spatula, unclip the panel at the back of the light assembly.

Next, grasp the bulb holder, turn it slightly counterclockwise, and pull it out of the housing. At this point, you can remove the old bulb, connect the replacement, and reassemble everything.
