How do you replace the power steering control unit of the Toyota Aygo?

In order to replace the power steering control unit of the Toyota Aygo, you need to loosen the screws that secure the plastic covers positioned around the steering column: once these screws have been loosened, it will be possible to completely detach these panels so that the control unit is visible. This will be located immediately below the steering column and can be removed by unscrewing the screws that secure it and disconnecting all the power cables; at this point, you can insert the new control unit and secure it properly to ensure that everything is functioning correctly.
