How do you use the Cruise control on the Toyota Rav 4 MK5?

In this video, we see how to use the adaptive Cruise Control on the Toyota Yaris Cross: this way, our car will automatically decelerate when approaching the vehicle in front of us, to adjust to its speed, without having to press the brake or change the Cruise settings; once it is safe to proceed at a higher speed, the device will accelerate and return automatically to the set speed: on the vehicle in the video, the controls are located on the right side of the steering wheel; let's turn it on and accelerate to the desired speed; it is also possible to decrease or increase the speed using the buttons on the controls. The button with the three lines allows us to set the distance we want to keep with the vehicle in front of us; the default setting is the largest one. When we activate the component, we see a green icon on the right side of the display, and it can only be activated at a speed higher than 50 km/h, then we set the distance we want to keep with the vehicle in front of us, and then activate the function. If we want to switch to normal constant speed mode, we will have to hold down the Cruise power button, and we will notice that the icon changes, taking on the well-known appearance of the cruise control.
