To change the motor oil of a Toyota Tundra, start by parking the vehicle on a flat surface and make sure the engine is cold. Lift the hood and locate the oil fill cap, removing it to facilitate drainage. Under the vehicle, place a pan under the oil pan and unscrew the drain plug with an appropriate wrench, allowing all the used oil to drain out. Next, replace the oil filter, screwing on a new one after lightly lubricating the gasket with fresh oil. Replace the drain plug and fill the engine with the recommended oil from the user manual, checking the level with the dipstick. Finally, start the engine for a few minutes, check for any leaks, and recheck the oil level, adding more if necessary.
