Place a container under the filter as it will lose some oil. The filter is conveniently located on the left side under the vehicle and is a screw type, making it easy to remove.

Clean the mounting surface on the sump where the new filter screws in with a cloth, ensuring that the old gasket has not stuck. Take the new filter and lubricate the gasket with some clean oil. Screw the filter back on without overtightening and lower the car.
