How to Replace the Number Plate Bulb on Toyota Yaris

Let's see how to replace the damaged number plate bulb on a Toyota Yaris. Using a screwdriver or a plastic lever, remove the number plate light unit located in the rear bumper of the car (pry until the plastic disengages). Once the light unit is removed, extract the bulb holder, then disconnect the bulb from it. Fit the new LED bulb (same size and voltage), insert it into the bulb holder, and refit the light unit into the tailgate by pressing until the clips lock automatically. Test the correct functioning of the previously installed bulb.
