Today, let's discover the main instructions on how to remove and replace the starter motor on the Toyota Yaris VVT-I. First, open the vehicle's bonnet and disconnect the battery terminals; then lift the vehicle to unscrew the fixing screws of the starter motor, disconnecting the electrical wiring to remove it, as shown in the video.

At this point, replace the starter motor with the new original one, making the connection; all that remains is to reconnect the battery terminals and check the engine starts!

As the video clearly shows, disabling or activating the traction control (TRC or ESP) on the Toyota Yaris is very simple. By default, the traction system activates every time the vehicle is started.
