How to Replace the Key Battery of a Toyota Yaris

Start by removing the internal emergency key by pressing the button that releases it. Next, using a thin but sturdy tool, pry open the electronic key in two halves. Once the key is opened, you will reach the cover of the exhausted battery. Proceed to unclip the cover to access the old battery. To remove the battery, simply unclip it, and you will have completed the disassembly. To fit the new battery and close everything up, just follow these steps in reverse, and you will have successfully replaced the battery.
