Replacing the Battery on Toyota Yaris

Today you will see how to remove and replace the battery on a third series Toyota Yaris (not hybrid), following these simple steps. First, open and lift the bonnet; then remove the upper plastic cover of the battery and, using a socket spanner, unscrew the screws of the terminals (positive and negative). At this point, remove the central bracket by unscrewing the bolts and extract the battery; simply replace it with the correct new one of the same amperage, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure of disassembly!

How to Reset the Tyre Pressure Light on the Opel Grandland X
