Replacing the Cigarette Lighter on a Toyota Corolla

Today, you will learn how to replace the cigarette lighter on a Toyota Corolla. As shown in the video, manually detach the side trims of the central dashboard. This will allow you to remove, also by hand, the base of the gear lever. Using a cross-head screwdriver, unscrew the two side screws at the bottom of the central dashboard and remove the entire drawer containing the cigarette lighter. Disconnect its connector. Release the metal clip, open the housing, and at this point, you can remove the part to be replaced, whether it is the drawer door or the cigarette lighter. Proceed in reverse for reassembly.
