Where is the fuse for the cigarette lighter socket of the Toyota Corolla located?

When the cigarette lighter socket in a Toyota Corolla stops working, it may be necessary to replace the fuse. The fuse in question is located inside the box in the passenger compartment; the fuses are numbered with n°21 at 15 Ampere and n°28 at 15 Ampere. To replace one of the two fuses, we must open the box and remove the damaged fuse and then insert the new fuse inside the box. If the cigarette lighter socket still does not work, it may be necessary to check the internal connector of the socket and eventually replace it entirely.
