How to Replace the Remote Battery on a Toyota Yaris

Today, you will replace the remote battery on the Yaris. Open the key using a craft knife or a flathead screwdriver to remove the rear cover. Remove the internal cover containing the exhausted battery and replace it with a new one. The battery is a 2016 type, 3V, which can be purchased at almost any shop. Open the small clips to extract the battery. Once the new battery is inserted, ensure it is secure. You can now reassemble the remote by closing the two flaps. Test it to ensure it works correctly, and the operation will be complete.
