First of all we extract the emergency key by pressing the appropriate button located on the upper edge, then we use the tip of the key itself, or of the screwdriver, to leverage in the slot indicated. Once the rear door has been unlocked, open it completely, remove the old battery and insert the spare one, taking care to position it in the right direction.
