If you own a Toyota Corolla Matrix (2000-2007) and want to replace the button battery inside the key, follow the instructions in this guide. First, get a flat screwdriver and insert its tip into the slot at the top of the cover.

Open the cover and locate the battery. Finally, remove the old battery and insert the new battery (model CR 2032). Reassemble the cover correctly and test the key to ensure it functions properly.
