How to Replace the Starter Motor on a Toyota Camry

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to replace the starter motor on a Toyota Camry, model years 2002 to 2006. Start by opening the hood and removing the vehicle's battery and its tray. Next, remove the air filter box and its intake hose. Once this is done, you will have access to the starter motor. To remove it, first disconnect its connector and the nut under the rubber cover using a 12mm wrench. Now, remove the two bolts that hold the starter in place with a 14mm wrench. You can now take it out and replace it with a new one by following the procedure in reverse.
