Engine Oil and Filter Replacement

As this is a fairly high vehicle, it is easy to access the oil sump to unscrew the drain plug located at the rear and drain the used oil without needing to lift the vehicle; once the draining is complete, screw the plug back in and locate the oil filter on the driver's side of the sump; use a suitable socket tool to unscrew the filter, coat the seal of the new filter with oil, and screw it into place without exceeding the torque specification; finally, fill the engine with clean oil until the level is reached, doing so gradually.
