How to Change the Oil on a Toyota Rav 4

Changing the engine oil and filter on your Toyota Rav 4 is undoubtedly one of the most important maintenance tasks, as it helps maintain optimal engine health. First, turn off the car and allow the engine to cool. Next, lift the car and access the protective panel underneath. Unscrew the screws and remove it completely. Locate the oil sump, position a container underneath, and unscrew the plug to drain all the used oil. Once done, refit the plug and replace the filter. Finally, lift the bonnet and pour new oil into the respective reservoir (you can use a funnel or a rubber hose to assist).
