Resetting the service light on a Toyota Prius produced from 2004 to 2009 is a simple task that should be done after completing the mandatory regular service operations required by the manufacturer. Once inside the vehicle and only after closing all the doors, you can begin the reset procedure. All you need to do is press the TRIP button while turning on the ignition, then continue to hold the TRIP button for a few seconds. After a few seconds, the light will turn off. Once this step is completed, you can turn off the ignition.
