How to Replace the Battery in a Toyota Yaris

Want to change the battery yourself without spending money on maintenance? Follow this guide: open the engine bay and secure it, then locate the battery to be removed. Using a spanner, loosen the nuts securing the terminals of the two opposite poles. Remove the battery anchoring plate and take it out, then pull the battery from its housing and set it aside. Take the new battery and position it in the engine bay, connect the positive and negative terminals, ensuring not to connect them the wrong way round. Finally, refit the anchoring plate and tighten it around the battery.
