How to install parking sensors on the Toyota Corolla

Model: Toyota Corolla MK 2 - Years 2000-2007

To install parking sensors in the Toyota Corolla, we start by making marks with adhesive tape on the rear bumper of the car; once the marks are made, we drill holes in the bumper with the provided tip in the kit, insert the sensors into the holes, run the sensor cables into the interior underneath the trunk; we secure the sensor control unit, connect the cables, connect the reverse wire to the control unit and run the display cables that should be placed in the front, underneath the trunk, run the cables on the upper pillars of the car by releasing them, until reaching the front upper pillar, then run the cable in the lower part of the dashboard until reaching where we want to position the display. Once all connections are made, also connected the power, start the car engine, engage reverse gear and then reverse the car or with the reverse gear engaged, walk behind the car to verify that the sensors are working properly.
