How to replace the shift lever in a Triumph Street Triple

Today we will see how to remove the gear lever of a Triumph Street Triple. First we go to remove the plastic clips that we find on the side and we go to separate the transmission cable from the gear lever; then we go to unscrew its fixing bolt of the lever with a socket wrench and remove the whole piece together with the rod that connects to the transmission. Now let's separate the lever from the lever guard and replace the piece with the new one. We just have to assemble all the components, connecting the rod and screwing all the fixing bolts!

How to change the engine oil of Derbi Fds

Let's find out below the instructions on how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Derbi Fds. First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick!
