Replacing the front brake pads on Triumph Thunderbird

Before servicing the brakes, it is recommended to empty the brake fluid container and top up it at the end of the process. To free the brake caliper from the disc you simply unscrew the smaller 8mm bolt and the two larger 14mm bolts. Once the caliper is free, manually extract the pin of the central pin that holds the pads in place and then remove the pin by unscrewing it. At this point you can extract the pads from the caliper and widen the pistons that house them, since the new pads will obviously be much thicker than the exhausted ones.

How do you remove the rear light of the LML Star?

In order to remove the rear light of the LML Star you need to loosen the two screws located in the half height of the light, on the left and right side of the latter. Once the two screws have been loosened, it will be possible to extract the headlight from inside its housing by disconnecting the connector at the rear. When the device has therefore been correctly disconnected, it will have to be removed from its housing in the rear part of the bike, connecting the new spare part; the latter can be fixed with the relative screws.
