For this motorcycle model, it is recommended to use a 10W-50 four-stroke engine lubricant. You will need approximately 3.5 litres to fill the oil compartment. It is advisable to warm up the engine for a few minutes before performing an oil change, so that the circulating lubricant is less viscous and flows more easily. Unscrew the bolt that acts as a cap for the drain hole and collect the oil in a container (and dispose of it properly at recycling centres). While the oil drains, unscrew and replace the oil filter, remembering to lightly lubricate the O-ring of the new filter. Add the new oil and you are done.
