In this video, we will see how to replace the oil bath clutch on a Minarelli AM6: start by removing the tail and exhaust, then drain the fluids, first the oil and then the water. Remove the cover that protects the clutch, take out the worn rings, and replace them with new ones: align the first ring with the dot shown by the YouTuber, then place the cork ring, and for the second, do not align it with the dot but count eight positions and place it accordingly; then add another cork ring and the cover: the arrow must align with the dot. Lubricate the springs and place them in the cover, then replace the screws and tighten them, add the gasket for the cover, the retaining spring, and the kickstart mechanism, holding it down for assembly.

Refit the screws, close everything up, and start topping up the oil through the upper cap until it flows out of the small hole shown by the YouTuber. Refill with water, and you're done.

How to change the engine oil of a Yamaha MT-07?

To change the engine oil of a Yamaha MT-07, follow these steps. Start by placing the bike on a flat surface and ensure the engine is warm but not too hot. Remove the oil cap from the top of the engine and unscrew the oil drain plug on the engine casing, usually located on the underside of the engine. Position a collection container under the drain plug and unscrew the plug to completely drain the used oil. Once drained, refit the drain plug. Remove and replace the oil filter using an oil filter spanner. Apply a little new oil to the seal of the new filter before installation. Fill the engine with new oil through the oil opening until reaching the recommended level. Check the oil level using the dipstick and add oil if necessary. Refit the oil cap and ensure it is securely tightened. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to distribute the oil, and you will have completed the procedure.
