In this video we see how to replace the oil bath clutch of a Minarelli AM6: we start by removing the tail and the exhaust, then we remove the fluids, first the oil and then the water. We remove the cover that covers the clutch, remove the worn rings and replace them with new ones: the first ring we align with the dot shown by the youtuber, then we put the cork one and the second one we do not align with the dot, but we count eight from there and position it accordingly; then another cork one and then the cover: the arrow must align with the famous dot. We lubricate the springs and put them in the cover, reposition the screws and tighten them, then we put the gasket of the cover, the sealing spring and the crank mechanism, which we keep down for assembly. We screw the screws back in, close everything and start topping up the oil from the top cap, until it comes out of the little hole shown by the youtuber. We also put back the water and we're done.
