In order to disassemble the engine of the Derbi D50B, you need to loosen the screws that fix the engine block to its housing in the center of the frame, so that the latter can be removed after disconnecting the connectors and loosening the screws that fix the pipes; at this point it will be possible to unscrew the screws that fix the cylinder on the top of the engine, removing it and locating the piston. This in turn will have to be detached from the connecting rod, so that it can be replaced with a new spare part; after the replacement, it will be possible to assemble all the removed parts and close the engine again.
